So pretty.

I've been working on a story lately.  I'm at about 2500 words. which is approx 10 pages. I don't know if it's my current life situation or whatever you want to call it or whatever, but I'm finding that I'm able to maintain focus more often and for longer periods of time. Who knows how long that'll last.

My official summer podcast/mixtape. This should be one of two, however part two may be delayed til autumn, depending on whether or not I get my shit together. This is just over an hour. Mostly electronic. The plan is for part two to be mostly rock. If you do not like electronic music, you may wish to sit this one out. No harm. No foul. This is mixed and curated by yours truly. The intent was to make a mixtape you could actually dance or work out to. It builds up, it cools down, then it builds up again, and ends on a couple of slow jamz to let you slow dance or cool off. It's made of songs I really like. It's probably the most outright pop thing I've ever done. Lots of Maximalism. I'm posting it here first, because most peoples' LJ feeds don't get overloaded over the course of an evening. Facebook and twitter and Google+ links will follow. Turns out my previous mix, LFSSRS got about 40 downloads. Pretty rad IMO, hopefully this one will get even more. The mix is at 192 KBPS if you would like either a higher or lower bitrate, let me know, I'll be happy to accommodate.

PS: Not trying to be a snob, but this is probably best listened to on reasonably good headphones, or a proper stereo system. It will probably sound like ass on laptop speakers. It's all good though. Just a tiny suggestion.

Yes this post is public. I would actually like people to see it. Go figure.
